Orange Molasses Stout

We are excited to introduce our Ottawa Brewpub's contribution to the first-ever Mill Street Stout Festival. Inspired by a classic combination of ingredients, our Ottawa Head Brewer made the Orange Molasses Stout. This stout features a rich malt profile, prominent molasses, dark chocolate, bright orange, and supporting notes of raisin.

Cobblestone Nitro Stout

We produce a traditional Irish-style stout that is served using nitrogen to produce that familiar creamy pour. We use a mix of flaked wheat and roasted barley to create the beer’s classic creamy, dark character. Select imported nugget bittering hops are used to dry out the finish of this ale.

Chocolate Cherry Blossom Stout

This decadent stout combines a rich, smooth chocolate character with sweet, slightly
tart cherry undertones, brewed with cacao nibs and fermented on dark sweet cherries
from the Pacific Northwest. The brewhouse addition of cacao nibs adds a chocolatey
mouthfeel, while fermenting the beer on cherries reduces most of the fruit sweetness,
leaving behind a sweet cherry aroma and tart finish. The layers of chocolate and cherry
create a smooth, full-bodied beer that is like a dessert in a can.

White Stout

Who says a stout has to be a dark beer? Our White Stout delivers a unique adaptation
that is unlike the traditional dark stout. Close your eyes, take a sip, and you will discover a full-bodied ale complemented with notes of white chocolate, vanilla, and coconut. The deep, complex malt character will have you convinced that this golden brew is a true stout, despite its color.
