The heartbeat of our brewery - this was the first beer that we ever brewed back in 2002 when we opened our doors. The idea of making organic beer was a precept of our company, it still represents that spirit of doing the right thing and that governs everything we do here at Mill Street.

Vital Stats

Light to medium bodied with a light cereal/hop aroma. Its appearance is a pale straw with bright white foam head. Palate is pale malt with bready/light hop.

Organic Beer Overflow

Why does the Mill St beer can always overflow when opened as if I shook the thing. I gingerly take it out of the fridge to enjoy my cold, crisp, dazzlingly fresh teddy brewski and it overflows immediately when open. Love the beer but half of the thing overflows so I lose a chunk of the delicious liquid gold. If this doesn’t change I’ll have to switch brands :(
