Bringing back one of our older Toronto pub brands, this is a quintessential English ale. Hops aren’t used for bitterness per se in this style but rather for aroma. Bitters are fruity and aromatically hoppy but aren’t usually too bitter, just enough to add a delicious flavour to this classic style.
