Mai Tai Style Ale

Inspired by the cocktail, our Mai Tai style ale is a blast of orange and citrus flavor! We brewed this sweet treat using fermented blood orange juice, orange peel powder and both mandarin and lime natural flavoring to create layers the citrus flavors. We also added some maltodextrin to make sure we kept a sweet finish to stay true to the cocktail which inspired us. Cheers.
