100th Meridian Amber Lager

Vital Stats

Light/Medium body with a floral hop and light malt aroma with very little ester-clean. Appearance is a light copper with white head.

Tasting Notes

Light floral grapefruit/citrus aroma and subtle toasted malt undertone gives way to a solid pale/caramel malt palate and soft, floral lingering finish balanced between mouthcoating malt and drying hops. Very balanced.

How to Serve

Serve at 4 - 6 °C in a pilsner pint glass. Pair with grilled light meat/poultry, corn tortillas and mild salsa, medium cow’s milk cheese.
