Gose well with Grapefruit

Gose (pronounced go-suh) is a German style salted sour beer. Traditionally crushed coriander seeds are added to the boil. Our twist on the German classic, Gose Well With Grapefruit, is finished with grapefruit peel and grapefruit juice concentrate. If you don’t like grapefruits, stay away from this one!
